- Shipping & Delivery
- Most products will ship within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of payment via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders received after 12 Noon are considered received on the following day's date, (example: order placed at 1:00PM on Thursday will be considered received on Friday). Items that are considered non-consumable are subject to a 6% Florida Sales tax. If we are unable to ship within this time frame the customer will be notified by email as to approximate shipping date.
- International
- All International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International and is subject to its rates and terms. All Country restrictions will be observed regarding item prohibitions and quantity limitations. All items will be clearly labeled as "Merchandise" and Customer will be responsible for any import duties or fees that may apply.
- Return Policy
- Auntie G's will no longer accept returns of products after 30 days from purchase date or if the seal on the product has been broken. Auntie G's will refund the cost of the product less a 25% restocking fee on any qualifying return. The ingredients of all products are listed under the product description on our website at www.auntiegs.com and we suggest that you read the ingredients before purchase.
